The chamomile oil really comes through in the scent, and I'm asleep within twenty minutes of taking it. Only downside is I wake up a bit groggy if I don't get the full eight hours, but that's on me.
I’ve tried a lot of sleep aids, but this is the first one where the PharmaGABA actually feels like it does something—I’m asleep within 20 minutes and don’t wake up groggy. The skullcap and passionflower combo is a nice touch, too. Only wish the bottle came with more than 30 capsules.
